Designed by Killa Design, this torus-shaped glass and steel structure is one of Dubai’s most
iconic modern landmarks. Its calligraphy-covered facade features poetic quotes in Arabic about
innovation and legacy bold statements carved into geometry. The building’s complex form is
supported by a column-less steel diagrid. It is also the first of its kind in the region to earn LEED
